Is the quote free and is there any obligation?
The survey and the quote are free and there is no obligation. We would rather tell you a ground mount is the wrong answer for your site than sell you one that disappoints.
How long does a quote take?
We usually come back within a couple of working days of the site visit. If the ground looks unusual, we may want to probe it before committing to a foundation type, which can add a few days.
What do you need from me?
The site address, a rough idea of your annual electricity use in kWh, and a photo of where you imagine the array going. Everything else we can work out on site.
Will the price change after the survey?
That is exactly what the survey is there to prevent. We probe the ground and measure the cable run before we issue a price, so the figure on the quote is the figure on the invoice unless you change the scope.
